Mrs. Hutson's AP Biology students constructed a model of a cell in the middle school gym. This project was an opportunity for the students to demonstrate a working knowledge of content learned in the classroom.
Bryon and Brian gave guided tours to middle and high school students and staff. They described the parts of a cell and explained the functions of each part. Folding like a protein and throwing trash in the lysosome waste management receptacle were interactive elements that helped the audience experience parts of the cell.
