3 year olds from the Blue Valley and Riley County school districts who have been identified with a disability and are on a special education IEP may attend. Transportation for these students will be furnished by their home district and all fees are paid by the TLEC.

Students who live in the Blue Valley school district and turn 4 years old on or before August 31 may also attend the Preschool at no charge to the parents. These expenses are paid for by Blue Valley's state Four Year Old At Risk Grant and general fund money. Transportation for these students will not be furnished by the district.

The Preschool has both a morning session, 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., and an afternoon session, 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Students are assigned to a session after enrollment in the late summer with preference given to 3 year olds attending the morning session.
