The school secretaries have enrollment forms and medical release forms for you to fill out. They also have student handbooks, calendars, health insurance information, and supply lists.

Items you may need to have with you include: immunization records, health insurance numbers, doctor's phone numbers, social security numbers and emergency phone numbers.

Lunch prices for the coming school year: Grades K-4 $2.30 and Grades 5-12 $2.50. Breakfast - $1.30. Extra milk - $.35.

Class Fees
$35.00 each for Vo-Ag and FACS (high school only)
$35.00 - Art
$35.00 - Business classes
$12.00 - High School Band

Vocational classes excluded from charges include the following: In House Training, Publications, Animal Science, Plant and Soil Science, and Career, Personal and Life Planning.

Textbook Rental for all grades K-12 - $40.00
Computer Usage Fee for grades 9-12 - $40.00
InSight Online Courses $150.00

A fee of $150 will be charged for online courses offered at Blue Valley High School except for the Foreign Language courses. Students/parents will be reimbursed $50.00 if the student earns a grade of C or higher in the course.

Activity Fee $40.00

An activity fee of $40.00 will be charged to students who participate in one of the following or a combination of any of the following:  high school football, high school volleyball, high school basketball, high school cross country, and high school track beginning the 2010-2011 school year. 
This fee will be collected at enrollment from every student. 
The fee will be reimbursed if the student does not participate in any of the activities listed above.

You will be able to place an order for a band shirt at this time. Small, medium, large, and extra large shirts are $17.00. XXL shirts are $18.00 and XXXL are $19.00

Free/Reduced Lunch Applications
We are encouraging families to apply for Child Nutrition Program Benefits. This program determines the funding for certain school programs. Please be assured that all information is held in the strictest confidence.

Athletic Practice
The first day for the high school and middle school athletic practices will be August 18.
The first high school football practice will begin at 4:00 p.m. and the first volleyball practice will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Middle school football and volleyball will be notified of the time.
Remember that your coach must have your physical form before you will be allowed to practice.

Physicals Required
Just a reminder that physical forms are required to be on file each year for all physical education students in grades 5-12.
