1. There is a $10 keycard fee for each card issued. This fee would be collected for each new card issued, lost cards, or card that have been destroyed.
2. There is a $10 per month usage fee. This fee would be paid upfront for 12 months, July-June before a keycard could be issued. Fees would be prorated for people joining during the fiscal year.
3. Each person requesting a Fitness Center keycard will also be required to sign and date the USD #384-Blue Valley Fitness Center Usage Contract before a keycard will be issued.
4. The Fitness Center will be open for keycard use outside of school use. These times will be set by the District and vary during the fiscal year. Fitness Center usage times will be posted on the Center’s front door and on the District website. Approximate times will be 6:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m., August-May and 9:00 a.m.-5:00 a.m., June and July.
5. Keycards will be deactivated, and usage denied, to any person who does not follow the Fitness Center Contract. Any fees paid will not be refunded.
6. Any USD #384 employee will have free use of the Fitness Center.
