Step 1: NEW STUDENTS ONLY

  • Pre-Registration for new students, if your student attended USD 384 the previous school year, please skip to Step 2.

  • Students that are new to the district need to complete the Pre-Registration. If the student has previously been enrolled at USD 384, skip to Step 2. Click the New Student Pre-Registration Form to follow this link to complete preregistration: 

  • One student per form. Once you have submitted the first, the form will reset and you can enter another student.

  • After submitting, the Pre-Registration will be sent to the school for approval. This may take up to 24 hours. 

  • Once approved, you will receive an email with information to create a PowerSchool Parent account to continue the enrollment process. 

Step 2: ALL RETURNING STUDENTS

  • If you do not remember your login info from last year, use the Forgot Username or Password? feature to reset. 

  • If you do not have an account yet, select “Create Account”

  • Fill out Parent Account Details

  • Create a Username and Password. Remember to write this down for future use. 

  • Link Students to Account.

  • If you have not linked your child(ren) to your account, please contact chorton@usd384.org for the info needed. 

 Step 3:

  • Once logged into PowerSchool, select the student you wish to enroll at the top left.

  • Next, select forms in left side menu. 

  • Next, select the Enrollment tab. 

  • Here you will see the list of forms required for that student.

  • Select the first form (forms may take a few moments to load)

  • Returning Students: Information should be pulled from previous enrollments. Please double check that the info is correct and make any corrections necessary. 

  • Submit form when finished. 

  • Continue through the remaining forms. 

 Step 4:

  • Please pay Enrollment Fees in your Power School Parent Portal.
