Titus

When the starting gun fires, Titus wastes no time finding his rhythm. Known for a steady stride, relentless work ethic, and mental toughness, he has raced his way to being ranked 5th in the state for Class 1A for cross country this season.

This achievement didn’t come overnight. Early morning runs, countless hill repeats, and long summer miles have built both endurance and discipline. Titus a leader by example—someone who pushes the pace in workouts but also encourages everyone on the team to keep going when the miles get tough.

On Saturday, Titus competed in the Wamego XC Invitational in the 1A-2A-3A race. Titus surged up the hills at the Wamego Country Club including the famous Bertha hill to secure a 3rd place finish out of 186 competitors. Not only did he place top three but he also hit a PR with at time of 17:16.50.

Off the course, Titus is just as impressive. Balancing academics, training, and community involvement, he embodies the discipline and focus of a true student-athlete. Titus' consistency, resilience, and quiet confidence makes him a role model for younger runners.

With the postseason approaching, Titus has set sights even higher. Ranked 5th in the state, he is determined to close the gap, chase new personal records, and leave a lasting mark on Randolph-Blue Valley's Cross Country program.
