Pottawatomie County Health Department will be at McCormick Elementary on October 12th from 11:30 to 12:30 to give flu shots. If you would like your child to receive a flu shot please complete attached consent form and return it to the school, along with a copy of your child's insurance card, by October 11, 2021.
