Wednesday, February 19th (4:00-8:00 PM) – Virtual Conferences Only
Elementary teachers will send Google Meets links via the GroupMe app. If you’re not in your child’s GroupMe, please contact their homeroom teacher.
MS/HS Teachers will email links and signup times for conferences. Google Meet links can also be found in their Planbooks.

Blue Valley USD #384 students, staff, and patrons,
Due to current weather conditions, we are planning for a 2-hour late start on Wednesday, February 19th. No AM Preschool. We are actively monitoring the situation, and if conditions require any changes, we will notify you by 6:00 AM tomorrow through our Thrill-share messaging system.
Additionally, the Spring Class Picture Day scheduled for tomorrow will be rescheduled. However, Parent-Teacher Conferences on February 19th will continue as scheduled.

Be careful of Black Ice and overnight freezing on road ways making them slick. Please drive slow and take additional caution.

Route bus drivers have been in contact with parents. If you have not yet spoken with your bus driver, please reach out to them directly.
We urge everyone to take extra precautions when traveling tomorrow. Many county roads have been cleared for only one vehicle, and overnight freezing is expected to cause black ice and slick spots on roads and parking lots.
For parents dropping off Preschool students, please be mindful that visibility is reduced due to piled snow, requiring additional caution.
Due to unsafe road conditions and the need to clear school grounds and buildings after the snowstorm, Blue Valley USD 384 will have No School on Wednesday, January 8th. Stay safe and warm! All activities are canceled.

We want to inform you of a recent calendar change.
October 15th, originally scheduled for Parent/Teacher Conferences from 4pm-8pm, will now be a regular school day due to school activities and staff involvement with both middle school cross country and high school volleyball.
October 21st will now be our Parent/Teacher Conference date, from 4pm-8pm. This was previously set for October 15th.
October 17th remains unchanged: no school for students, with professional development for staff in the morning and Parent/Teacher Conferences from 12:30pm-8pm.
October 18th - NO SCHOOL
December 20th (last day of the semester): students will be released at 1pm.
May 15th (last day of school/semester): students will also be released at 1pm.
