My name is Mitch Innes and I will be the Blue Valley Powerlifting Coach for 2024-25 season. I am looking forward to another year of improving strength and pushing to new PR's.
I have created a google form to get information back to me from students and parents that are interested in joining our powerlifting team. Please take the time to fill out your information in the google form so that I can begin to communicate our plans for the new season coming up with those that are interested.
Feel free to reach out with any questions you might have. I appreciate your time.

As we move into the cold & flu season, we have seen an increase in illness throughout the district. As a reminder please keep your student home until fever free with out medication for at least 24 hours. If a student has missed three or more consecutive days, a doctor’s note will be needed to return to school. There are take home COVID tests in the front office of all USD 384 schools. Tests and results are not being monitored or tracked by the school or state so please take as many as you need.
Also, there has been a rise in students requesting OTC items (ie: cough drops, chapstick, etc), we don't have much in the way of supply, so please send your student with these items if you can. We require a parental signed consent to give your child(ren) any OTC medications, such as Tylenol or Ibuprofen. Please email the school nurse to receive a copy of the form.
Thank you,
Nurse Amanda
