This week 8th FACS class worked on how to put items in a check register. Some started writing checks as well.




Great end to FCCLA week. Thank you to all who participated. We had a sixth grader Taylor Bryant who participated everyday and received the top prize. Sorry I didn’t get her picture but everyday was great.





The 8th grade students have been researching information for their Revolutionary War Timeline project. They are analyzing the cause and effect of battles and events that occurred from 1773-1783 that impacted the outcome of the war.



This week’s Star Student is Lincoln Schmitz! Lincoln always has excellent classroom participation! Congratulations Lincoln!

The 7th grade completed a question trail answering comprehension and analysis questions about their class novel, A Long Walk to Water.




Our Livestock Judging team competed in their first virtual contests. It was an interesting experience! They did good considering the circumstances and decided that virtual contests are a lot harder than it seems.


Today Culinary Art made supper for those who had play practice. I had a sample and it was delicious.



On February 4th the animal science class competed in Poultry judging. The Greenhand team got 4th!

Great Day! We found out today how we did in STAR Events from last week. We also participated in elections.
Lexi, Brianna, and Leslie received a bronze one point away from silver. They are state qualifiers. So proud of you ladies you did an awesome job. They are all 8th graders. Chapter in Review Portfolio

Last week BV FFA had 4 members compete in Food Science! It was the first in person contest we have been able to participate in. The girls got 10th! Way to go!

Super Ram Fan Friday was a great ending to the week. Fun night of games and we have 2 beautiful Queens crowned this evening. Great week to be a Ram!
