Coding Spheros
Graphic Design students have been working through the design process to develop an original logo. Students started with a hand drawn logo and then went through the steps of digitizing their drawing using Adobe Illustrator. They are testing their Illustrator skills and getting their first chance to use a Wacom drawing tablet.
I would like to introduce the Star Student of the week, Parker Montgomery!
Parker is a positive classmate and the first one cheering on his classmates. He is always up for a challenge and willing to help. Congratulations Parker!

Family studies continuing to learn about development today was emotional. Ms. Wulfkuhle demonstrated using Sheila’s brain to show where emotions are located.
Today in Nutrition and Wellness we talked about the Digestion Process. Students measured out yarn to represent how long each part of the digestive system.
Congratulations to the following FCCLA members who completed the Step One web quest. In their 8th grade FACS class they complete the activity. Those who join FCCLA receive a certificate. Brianna Krause, Lexi Weixelman, and Leslie Howell. Next on their FCCLA experience is competing in their STAR Event next week.

In fashion trends we are discussing the history of fashion. Students made a timeline of fashion as well as who influenced fashion.
