The Culinary Essentials class began the year with a hands-on sourdough starter challenge. This project involved creating individual starters, researching their development, collecting relevant data, and naming them, with the goal of utilizing them in various culinary endeavors throughout the year.
The class will sponsor the concession stand at this Friday's Homecoming football game! Be sure to stop by and check it out!
