Our Ram athletes have a busy day today! The tracksters head to Chapman for the opening meet of the season. Field events kick off at 4pm with running events starting at 4:30pm. The baseball boys play Onaga at home with the first game beginning at 4:30pm. Let's go Rams!

On Tuesday, March 24, Blue Valley High School hosted Reality U. Reality U is a program that promotes personal financial literacy and prepares students for life as adults. It is a life simulation that shows students how their performance in school can affect their future. It allows them not only to learn and practice personal finance skills but also to engage with the community.
The program included Blue Valley 8th and 10th graders, as well as Riley County 8th and 10th graders and Manhattan Catholic Schools 8th graders. Students rotated between the Reality U simulation, a career fair in our second gym, and community service projects and cleanup around Randolph.
It was a very informative and successful day.

Our middle school Rams kick off the track and field season today with their first meet at Washington County. Field events start at 3pm, 3200m run starts at 3:30pm, and other running events follow around 4:15-4:30pm. Meanwhile our high school Rams head to Valley Heights for some baseball. Games start at 4:30pm. Let's go Rams!!!

BVHS SMART Team presented their research this weekend in Longmont, CO! They presented to research scientists, teachers, students and community members. They did an excellent job and have been invited to Wisconsin to share at the 3D Molecular headquarters!

Congratulations to Sam Klocke on getting first place in the 60kg (132lbs) weight class at USA Powerlifting High School Nationals in Killeen, TX (Mens Junior High RAW). He lifted a total of 237.5kg (524lbs).
I couldn't be prouder for this young man. His work and dedication to make himself better and represent Blue Valley is awesome. Great job, Sam. Keep up the good work.

Hello Ram Fam!! We want to take a moment to recognize and give a shout-out to one of our own. Bue Valley 8th grader, Sam Klocke, will be traveling to Killeen, TX for USA Powerlifting this week. Today, he will be competing in the Juniors 56kg Class. This is the first time anyone from BV has competed on this stage, and we are so proud of him stepping out of his comfort zone and blazing a path for future lifters who have a passion to push themselves to the highest levels possible.
